WE CONTINUE OUR HISTORY AS A PIONEER IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY
Danone was born out of the union of two successful business men: Daniel Carasso - founder of Gervais Danone - and Antoine Riboud - CEO of BSN (Boussois-Souchon-Neuvesel). Both agreed to merge their businesses. This merger resulted in Danone as the company we know today.
This section provides an overview of Danone's history and how we are still influenced by our history. How we still focus on what has been most important to us ever since "to positively impact the health of as many people as possible through nutrition" and put it at the heart of what we do today.
